On completion of the module, students will:

 Understand the nature and role of the HRM function.


 Understand the main processes of employee resourcing and development, and appreciate their
contribution to organisational effectiveness.
 Develop skills in the analysis of HR issues and the formulation of appropriate HRM responses.
