Swot Analysis
 VINOD is an MBA student 4th sem.
 Met with Dinesh singh (employee in private
firm)
 He share his 20 yrs experience with Vinod
 Dinesh was operator in public sector
 Left his job after having an smart offer from
private firm
 He left his job without having an appointment
letter of the firm which he was going to join.
 Trouble started ,when Mr.Vittal, HR manager
of the firm wants fitness certificate
 Mr.Dinesh went to Dr.Nandish ,a general
physician
 Who declared Dinesh unfit
 Mr.Vittal refused him to give fitness
certificate.
 Dinesh lost both the job
 On advice from his friend, he met with
Dr.Bharath, who gave him unfair fitness
certificate
 Ask him to meet after two months.
 On that day Dr. declare him as unfit
 Mr.Dinesh was hospitalized for two month on
the expenses of employer
ETHICS ISSUED
 Private firm’s improper selection system

 Dr.Bharath had issue unfair fitness certificate

 Advantages taken by Mr.Dinesh


SUGGESTION

 Take decision appropriate after go through the


policies

 Should be himself as an worthful asset for the


firm
 Responsibilities and ethics not only for
organization but also for society
 should not take advantages of policies
