Diploma Checklist

Use this checklist to plan your classes and ensure that you receive
a diploma.
See chapters 3 & 4 for detailed information on courses.

Courses

1. Choose one of the following options:

3 HL & 3 SL Courses
• Score 12 points in HL courses (minimum avg. score of 4)
• Score 9 points in SL courses (minimum avg. score of 3)
4 HL & 2 SL Courses
• Score 16 points in HL courses (minimum avg. score of 4)
• Score 6 points in SL courses (minimum avg. score of 3)
2. Complete (at least) one course from each subject group:
Group 1 (Primary Language)
Group 2 (Secondary Language)
Group 3 (Individuals and Societies)
Group 4 (Experimental Sciences)
Group 5 (Mathematics & Computer Science)
Group 6 (The Arts)

Core Requirements
Theory of Knowledge
• Score a ‘D’ or above
Extended Essay
• Score a ‘D’ or above
CAS
Complete the learning objectives for each segment:

Action
Service
