Subject: Letter from Chris Bryant MP

Dear All

Gavyn has received a letter today from Chris Bryant MP about the Gdligan affair . In it he Impl,es th at he might write to
eacn Governor individually seeking their view on whether the allegations reported on the BBC were "true or false"

So far, we have not received let :ers for Governors from Chris Bryant in this office If he has written to you directly,
could you let me know, please? Rather than Governors replying individually, Gavyn would prefer he reply on behalf of
Oe whole Board outlining why the Board agreed unanimously that it was right for the BBC to broadcast its report
rvill ensure a copy is arcu :ated

Thanks Tina
