KPIs:

KPIs are quantifiable metrics which reflect the performance of an organization in


achieving its goals and objectives.

Balanced Score Cards: Financial: "How do we look to shareholders?", Customer: "How


do customers see us?" Internal Business Processes: "What must we excel at?" Learning
and Growth: "Can we continue to improve and create value?".

There is no difference between the two terminologies.

Dear Marco and class,

I admire the way you have put your referencing. Thirty years of experience in any filed
deserves more than a reference. It has to be acknowledged. I am sure that UoL, and
surely Rachel, is proud to have such a student of your caliber sitting in our class.

I have a similar period of IT experience with Upstream Oil and Gas. So rich with
experience of many ups and so many downs, I sit and say: What a difficult world? I want
to throw my experience in this study and I always ask myself on how I can reference it. I
am not a good friend of Turnitin by the way.
