TASK FRAME
1. Imagine you to be a part of a 1 Day B-School Event that is
to be held by the student community of DMS IIT Delhi.

(i) Propose a Name and Theme for the event and give a brief
write up in no more than 200 Words.

(ii) Briefly describe at least 2 events that you would like to

organize as per the following division and provide their write
ups.
· Marketing (Chirag)
· Operations (Sonal)
· Human Resources (Anurag)
It is mandatory to have at least one online and one venue based
events. Explain all the rounds and the selection procedures.
Explain how they can be scheduled during the event.
Note: Venue based events have at least one single round on the
DMS Campus, while online events have none.
(iii) Design a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for generating
sponsors for the events mentioned in the answer to above
question. Also, enlist 10 sponsors for each of the events you
would target for the event designed.

(iv) Come up with promotional strategies for Event (including

online promotion).
2. Suggest dates for Parivartan 2011? Which of the following
