Of a deep red colour with violet hues, the nose is rich and complex Varietal: 100 % Malbec
with concentrated ripe black currant, strawberry and floral hints of
violet, that are characteristic of the Angelica Vineyard. Oak aging Vintage: 2007
adds subtle vanilla, tobacco and liqueur flavors. Vineyards: "Angélica", Lunlunta, 2.850`elevation
On the palate, an enticing, sweet entry leads to a complex wine, of
soft round tannins that linger throughout the finish. Selected yeast. Max. Temp. Ferm. 30º C, 12 days.
Fermentation:
This wine is ideal with game, such as deer and wild boar. 26 day maceration
12 months in 90% French oak (30% new) and 10%
Aging:
Alejandro Vigil, Chief Winemaker. new American oak
