PATIENT RIGHT AND OBLIGATION

Patient Right
1. Patient has the right to get the information regarding the rules and regulations
which has implemented by Bali Royal Hospital
2. Patient has the right for equals and honest services
3. Patient has the right to get the highest level of services without discrimination
based on the paramedic and nursing standard profession
4. Patient has the right to choose doctors and room type based on the regulations
in Bali Royal Hospital
5. Patient has privacy and confidentiality on their diseases including the medical
record
6. Patient has the right to get the information, such as;
 Their suffered illness
 Medical treatment
 The possibility of difficulties in regard to medical action
 Another therapy
 Medical expense estimation
7. Patient has the right to approve the medical action regarding their illness
8. Patient has the right for their own safety during hospitalized
9. Patient has the right to give advice and suggestion during treatment

Patient Obligation
1. Patient and their relative has obligation to obey the regulations and rules in Bali
Royal Hospital
2. Patient has the obligation to obey all instructions from the paramedic
3. Patient has the obligation to give all informations regarding their illness to the
paramedic during and after treatment
4. Patient has the obligation to understand and accept the consequences based on
the treatment
5. Patient and their relative has the obligation to fulfill their financial duty in addition
to the medical services at Bali Royal Hospital
