What is an LRB # ?
 The number assigned to a drafting record.
 A drafting record contains all written materials
given to or created by the legislative drafting
attorney in the process of drafting a bill.
 A drafting record includes a “drafting request”
with the requestor’s name and request date,
drafting instructions, at least one version of the
draft and a copy of the proposal.
