    AFFIDAVIT

    I, the undersigned Mr.Rasik Prahladbhai Patel (Brother-in-law of the Applicant) aged 34 years, Residing at 27
    Ashray Bunglows, Kolarpur Road, Hasol, Ahmedabad 382845, Gujarat, India. Do solemnly and sincerely state as
    under.

    That Mr. Shailendra Patel is my Wife’s real brother.

    That Shailendra and I share a very friendly relation since my marriage. Amongst his two brother-in-laws he
    was closer to me and I also actively participated in helping him decide about his marriage as I knew him
    personally very well. Shailendra always consults me in taking any decision and vice versa. I was with
    shailendra during his marriage right from finding a perfect bride till he left for Australia.

    I confirm that Mr. Shailendra Patel is in genuine marital relationship with Mrs. Dipikaben Patel and both of
    them intending to maintain a life long married relationship. Due to limitation of time we had decided to perform
    a small ritual at Meldi Mata’s temple. Hence, very few rituals were performed which are acceptable and
    performed widely in our Tradition, Community and Society in presence of their parents and few close family
    members. A small get together was arranged at Ghandinagar on the same day where a few relatives were
    invited to bless the new wedded couple.

    I am aware of the fact that Mrs. Dipikaben Patel has applied for dependent visa application and confirm that
    whatever documents are submitted in the visa application pertaining to their marriage are genuine. I have
    been the witness as how their marriage has taken place right from the first meeting to the lodgement of this
    Visa Application.

    I hereby confirm that Mrs. Dipikaben Patel is wife of Mr. Shailendra Patel and both are continuing their
    married relationship happily and are committed for a life long marital relationship.
