RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN ALL PROGRAMS ARE THE SAME FOR
EVERYONE, WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, HANDICAP OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
The Cimarron Council, Boy Scouts of America, believes that every Scout should have the
opportunity to fully participate in the Scouting Program. The Cimarron Council has limited
provisions to help deserving Scouts and their families offset the costs of registration and activity
fees, camp attendance, and uniforms. The Scout Law states that a Scout is thrifty. This means a
scout should make every effort to earn as much of the fees as possible. In most cases, financial
assistance will amount to one-half of applicable fees or costs.
