CIMARRON COUNCIL, BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA

RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN ALL PROGRAMS ARE THE SAME FOR
EVERYONE, WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, HANDICAP OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION

The Cimarron Council, Boy Scouts of America, believes that every Scout should have the
opportunity to fully participate in the Scouting Program. The Cimarron Council has limited
provisions to help deserving Scouts and their families offset the costs of registration and activity
fees, camp attendance, and uniforms. The Scout Law states that a Scout is thrifty. This means a
scout should make every effort to earn as much of the fees as possible. In most cases, financial
assistance will amount to one-half of applicable fees or costs.

Applications should be forwarded to Cimarron Council office. Campership applications should be

turned in on or before date registration fees for the camping event are due. Application must be
signed by a parent and the unit leader. All information will remain confidential.
