LEASE AGREEMENT

This lease agreement is made and executed on this the 2nd day of July 2010 at
Gulbarga between; Sri Suthar Piraram chhogoji S/o chhogoji age major
occ. Carpenter R/O Gulbarga (herein after Called the lessee / first party) and
Smt Asgari Begum w/o Sadiq Hussain age 44 yrs occ. House Wife R/o
Bilalabad Glb. (herein after called the lesser / second party) as under.
Whereas the lesser is the absolute owner and in possession of the shop bearing
corporation No. 8-1270 situated at Nehru Gunj Gulbarga
Now this deed is as under;
1. The lease is for a period of eleven month commencing from 2nd July to 1st
June 2011 and after the expiry of lease period, the lessee shall vacate the
said premises immediately.
2. That the lessee shall pay the electricity consumption charges of leased
premises & shall pay the electricity bill at the time of vacating the premises.
3. The lessee has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 3600/- as a rent per month
regularly without fail.
4. The lessee shall not sub let the leased premises to any third person. The
lessee shall not make any material alteration in the leased premises
5. That the lessee shall use the said premises for business purpose only.
6. The first party paid a deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- only (Rs. One lakh only)
which is refundable at the time of released of said premises.
7. That the words lessee & lesser shall include all their respective heirs
assignees etc.
In witness where of this deed of agreement of lease is executed with free
will & consent without any force or fraud on the day month & year above.
