Sub: Sponsoring of events in Quiz Competition

Our college i.e. RPD College of Business Administration, Belgaum is one of the
oldest and well known colleges in Belgaum City. Our college has been organizing so
many events in the interest of the student community. Now we have decided to conduct a
‘Quiz Competition’ in general awareness for the PUC students studying in Belgaum City
Colleges. It is expected that about 200 students from 25 colleges would participate in the
event. We want to give a wide publicity to the event.

In this regard we request you to kindly sponsor one of the items related to the
Competition. This will help us in conducting the event in a grand way. Moreover, we
want to establish links with the business community through such events. The banners
indicating with the names of the sponsors will be displayed prominently at the venue i.e.
Gymkhana Hall.

We hope you will support our endeavor and help us in developing the knowledge
of the younger generation. We are enclosing to be sponsored for your kind information.

Dear Sir,

Sub: revised Syllabus for BBA.

We have gone through the revised syllabus for BBA sent by you and note that
a few below mentioned changes need to be incorporated the same

1) Corporate Accounting II Code 4.2

Module II :Amagamation of companies (To be continued as it is)
Module IV: Company Final Accounts .This module has to be shifted to
Financia Accounting II because without company, company final account
Amalgamation cannot be taught

2) Financial Accounting II 2.1: Module II to be scrapped, it will repeat in corporate

Accounting II. Infact it should be part of corporate accounting only.

So, In short, Amalagamation and reconstruction should be part of corporate

accounting II and Final Company Accounts should be part of Financial Accounting II

3) Clause 3.3 states that there are 5 subjects in each semester. But there are 6
subjects for semester I,II.V and VI and 7 subjects for semester IVth

We request you to kindly in corporate necessary changes and communicate

the same to us.
