Make sure that the people who are calling the shots are capable of doing so

Stores and touch points communicate

Don’t distort the brand message- this is what retains the customers

Conduct research on the name and before entering market

Look for competitive advantage and do things differently and make ads memorable

Don’t lose old customers for new.. launch products that suit the company

New competitors may take away the share so keep identifying opportunities

Deliver promises
