PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

In order to remain competitive, today’s business organizations are increasingly engaging


in international ventures. Intercultural buyer-seller transactions and joint ventures
between companies have grown exponentially during the 1990s, bringing mid-range and
smaller companies into international ventures, some for the first time. In such a global
setting, organizations are being exposed to the nuances of intercultural interactions. This
training programme is designed to make managers aware about different dimensions of
communication that affect business decisions in different cultural contexts and to help
them develop appropriate strategies of interpersonal communication which are essential
in today’s global environment. The programme will primarily focus on identifying cultural
differences region wise such as Latin Americ
