Interviewer: What is the name of the school
where you finished your college degree, Computer
Engineering?

Interviewee I graduated on April 1999 at St.

Benedict College at Alabang.

Interviewer : Of all the courses available, why
did you choose chose CpE?

Interviewee : I chose CpE because it has

broad opportunity in terms of technology.
Interviewer : For you, what are the advantages
of CpE to other engineering courses?

Interviewee : For me the advantage of CpE to

other engineering courses is, it has greater demands in
technology field.
Interviewer : What is the name of your
company where you are working right now?

Interviewee : ON Semiconductor Phils. Inc.

Carmona, Cavite
Interviewer : What are the problems that you
encounter in your duties in this company?

Interviewee : Wide Area Network (WAN)

outages for the company.
Interviewer : How do you solve that kind of
problems?

Interviewee : Close coordination with local

telephone companies (telco) and service providers to
follow agreed Service Lease Agreement (SLA) in
resolving the issues, making sure equipment preventive
maintenance are taken cared of, and having back-up
systems.
Interviewer : Do you have some advice
concerning studies and work?

Interviewee : Understand the fundamentals of

technology and keep yourselves updated with latest
technology advances. Also, keeping a network among
peers in the industry will allow new knowledge and
experiences be known and avoid recurrence of problems.
Interviewer : Do you have final words to us CpE
students?

Interviewee : Keep on learning, continuously

improve oneself and aim for perfection
