The document argues that the TOEIC test should not be implemented in vocational schools for three reasons. First, TOEIC is not the main subject of study and is only an additional English subject. Second, the work-related vocabulary covered in TOEIC can be learned through general English classes rather than requiring an extra test. Third, the cost of taking the TOEIC exam would increase the financial burden on vocational students, many of whom come from unable families.

I’m disagree about That TOEIC Should be Impelemented In Vocational School.
Because TOEIC isn’t main subject study in vocational school. And TOEIC just additional subjects in English. Because actually TOEIC have a purpose to prepare the students so that adept in English. Because TOEIC is English language proficiency test for people whose first language is not English original. TOEIC test scores indicate how well people can communicate in English with others in the global work environment. The test requires no specialized knowledge or vocabulary, these tests only measure the kind of English used in everyday activities. Then, because TOEIC just contain English test that consist of reading test and listening test. And in that test consist of some material as, general business, manufacturing, finance and budgeting, offices, and many more. Although TOEIC is contain English test that consist of about work environment, but the students musn’t adept the vocabulary form that material. Because that vocabulary can be studied in general English studied in daily studying. Because student’s knowledge about work environment musn’t studied from the TOEIC, and that knowledge can be studied from the English teacher because that knowledge almost same with material in general English study in Vocational School. So the Englih teacher in Vocational School can give the material of knowledge of work environment to the students. Then, because every TOEIC test the students must paying the TOEIC cost, and the TOEIC cost isn’t cheap. So, the student’s will added the paying that cost in school cost. Because usually in the students of Vocational School is from the unable people, so that TOEIC cost will incriminating the students.
