Good day!
In relation to your e-mail dated August 27, 2010 and forwarded to me last September 8,
2010, I have read and checked the attached documents requiring me to submit an official
transcript and a completed Form 30 of my Intravenous Therapy Program from ANSAP
(Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines, Inc.).
I acted upon the fulfillment of these requirements. I went today at ANSAP and talked
with the President about the matter and I was told that the requirements in need are
UNAVAILABLE. She explained to me the reasons with regards to that:
1. That they cannot provide any official transcript because there is really NO such thing.
2. The program is not accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to be
able to have a certified transcript since it is not regulated/performed by a
school/college/university.
3. ANSAP is a professional nursing organization that renders training program to
registered nurses in the Philippines, not a nursing school.
4. The training program is only for 3 days, it is only short in duration.
She, being a former dean of a nursing school, enlightened me to this circumstance about
my application. The certificate of attendance and certificate of training I attached with my
application (duly certified and notarized) are the only evidence I can present in favor of
the validity of my Intravenous Therapy Training Program. These, I believe are enough to
support the continuation of my application to assessment stage. If you may think and
reviewed it otherwise, you may contact me again and I am very much willing to explain it
over again. I am well driven to the success of my application. Thank you.
Have a wonderful day. God bless!
