2- Income level are growing
3- Increasing Awareness
4- Increasing Globalization

1- Inflation / Economic Downturn
2- Political situation / instability
3- Lack of Government focus on Education
4- Environmental threat due to Pakistan Refinery
OBJECTIVE

1- Number of intakes to be increased by 100% by 2010


2- To get an affiliation with an internationally acclaimed bodies
by 2009
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Relocation of school to some residential area to provide easy access to parents
2. Develop faculty engagement / involvement in the school, consider to provide salary
with some portion of the class fee collection same as tuition centers doing.
3. Restructure school set up, i-e instead of starting classes upto secondary level, start
4. initially with primary (upto class 5)
5. Restructure curriculum of classes
6. In order to mitigate inflation effects, consider collection of fee in form of gold coins
7. In order to attract more students, a unique selling point (USP) for the school is
required to be explored e.g. an internationally acclaimed scholar / academician may
be associated with the school.
8. Vision and mission of the school is required to be developed and communicated
amongst masses such as "The schools shall serve as the incubator for
Entrepreneurs"
9. Strong media campaign is required to create awareness about the plans, vision,
mission.
10. Parents are required to be communicated that latest tools shall be used for imparting
education.
11. Future expansion plan is required to be shared with the parents.
