Out of Shape...
Finished strong, good workout. Getting some endurance back.
Situps and Back extensions were okay. Back tightened when running 1.5 miles.
Good for the first 12 minutes. Need to warmup better...
Felt good. 135 was heavy and died for the third rep.
Felt pretty good. Getting back into shape. Have to get the blood pumping in warmups
Humbling.
Good workout. Need to push harder. Push press needs to increase in lbs next go around.
Still can't do muscle ups. Extremely hard workout. No more am workouts.
Back continues to tighten up running. Last mile could have been faster. Target 7 min splits next time
Good Workout. Subbed rope climb for 5:1 towel pullups. Hands hurt, legs were fine.
Bench Press sucks ass. Goal next time is 200+
