He has 3 children, Charavgi a 23 year old school teacher, Spyridon G. a 21-year old police man and Konstantinos 10 years old a primary school student. In 1981 he retired from the faculty of the gendarmerie sergeant with the rank of sergeant. Since then serving as governor, Secretary or Officer in almost all of the Police Service of Chania.
