Biography

Koukianakis Charalambos was born in

1961 in Nippos Apokoronou by George and
Charavgi. He has 3 children, Charavgi a 23 year
old school teacher, Spyridon G. a 21-year old
police man and Konstantinos 10 years old a
primary school student.
In 1981 he retired from the faculty of the
gendarmerie sergeant with the rank of sergeant.
Since then serving as governor, Secretary or Officer in almost all
of the Police Service of Chania.
In November 1988 he was promoted after examination in grade
Anthypastynomou. The Police Service has honored him many
times with medals and commendations.
Trade union activity started in 1988 when he was one of the
pioneers of the trade union movement in the area of Police
Service. He was first elected State Board of Panhellenic Union of
Police in Athens. 16-17/3/2005 in elections for the selection of new
Board was elected Chairman of the Police Act of Chania, which
lists 448 members and elections to the Prefecture in 2006 was
elected first Prefectural Advisor 5840 crosses. On 01.01.2007 he
took charge of Civil Protection and specified 01.01.2009 A Prefect
in charge of the primary sector, trade and political protection.
