¼ Cup Vinegar ½ Cup Water 2 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Peppercorns 1 Bay leaf Cooking oil for pan frying
Directions
Combine the above ingredients except for the cooking
oil in a pot and let soak for 1 hour. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 1 hour or until the pork is almost done. Take the meat out and let it drain. Meanwhile heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and brown the pork until all the surfaces are nicely pan fried. Return the meat to the pot of juice. Simmer with the pot uncover for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
