RE: City of Bell Receivership No, Recall Yes- REQUEST FOR SUPPORT

Dear Supervisor Molina:

As a resident of the City of Bell, I am respectfully requesting your support for the
residents of Bell and asking that you do not push for receivership of our city. Instead
we urge you to continue your work to empower the Bell residents. The residents when
focused, organized and purposeful are perfectly capable of taking their city back
without the intervention of some government agency.

We need to say Receivership NO, Recall Yes and insist on a process of reforming Bell
that is locally driven.

The residents of Bell stand committed to working with the California State
Legislature to bring greatly needed transparency and positive reforms to our local
government.
