Overview:

This business plan proposal essentially describes the steps involved in developing a
business plan for an instant voice-language translator. The summary of opportunity
below describes the purpose of this device and the opportunity window to be
exploited by it. Followed by the summary of opportunity are the strategies to
develop the business plan. This includes Market Research, Marketing strategy,
Product development plan and the procedures leading to development of
management and production teams. A short discussion of critical unknowns relating
to the project has also been provided.
The Work Breakdown Structure and the Gantt chart prepared for this project
describes the timeline to complete various tasks leading up to the development of
the business plan. This has been included in the Appendix.
