Nissan North America wanted to redesign its business processes for new project evaluation and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) to improve integration, visibility, and reporting. Wipro helped by:
1) Implementing SAP PS to meet Nissan's functional needs and address processes related to budgeting, funds commitments, expenditures, and project closing/reporting.
2) Integrating SAP PS with Nissan's Safari and NP21 instances to provide centralized reporting and customized reporting for Nissan's sales initiative.
3) Allowing Nissan to eliminate manual work, gain real-time visibility on project commitments and costs, and add ad-hoc reporting capabilities.
