INTRODUCTION
We are planning to give full resident facility
to those students & professionals coming
from outside Ahmedabad
So our business idea is to open a
accommodation facility with food and all
the other exclusive services which others
are not providing
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As we know majority of the students are facing
a problem of standard accommodation and
quality food in Ahmedabad & other city.
So we have come up with the solution of the
problem we mentioned above.
Our goal is to give all possible facilities to
bachelors away to their home.
 To provide facilities like Internet, Mineral
water, food, Tea/Coffee etc…
MISSION
To provide the best possible services to
students & executive (bachelor’s) at least cost.

VISION
 To make a Bachelor’s Hostel a brand and open
10 branches within next 5 years in different
cities like Baroda, Anand, Gandhinagar, Surat,
Rajkot
COMPANY AND INDUSTRY
As this is an unorganized sector we will not
face cut-throat competition.
Our focus would be on services and
satisfaction of the consumers.
As we are at the initial stage we will hire
flats on a contract basis and later we can
purchase it.

1 as warden
1 will sit in the office as administrator.
1 will look after the marketing.
2 common servant for cleaning purpose.
Motivation and the performance appraisal
would be orally and monetary.
There would be no specific qualification is
required as the work is simple.

we will get the profit of Rs.941500.

Sales-2475000
Variable cost-667500
Contribution – 1807500
Contribution per student- 40167
Break even point = 866000/40167
= 21.56 students
= 22 (approx)
Critical Risks and Problems:

• It’s a very hard to find this much student.


• The contract is only for two years which
may be very less period for business.
• The other residential can object in the
future.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Marketing will done through:-
Advertisement i.e. college notice board,
newspaper, pamphlet distribution, tie-up
with private institution, sms etc.
Word of mouth
By using friends and own network.

facilities.
Price:- 5000 per head.
Promotion:- Advertisement, word of mouth.

area etc
