INTRODUCTION
We are planning to give full resident facility
to those students & professionals coming
from outside Ahmedabad
So our business idea is to open a
accommodation facility with food and all
the other exclusive services which others
are not providing
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As we know majority of the students are facing
a problem of standard accommodation and
quality food in Ahmedabad & other city.
So we have come up with the solution of the
problem we mentioned above.
Our goal is to give all possible facilities to
bachelors away to their home.
To provide facilities like Internet, Mineral
water, food, Tea/Coffee etc…

To provide the best possible services to
students & executive (bachelor’s) at least cost.
VISION
To make a Bachelor’s Hostel a brand and open
10 branches within next 5 years in different
cities like Baroda, Anand, Gandhinagar, Surat,
Rajkot

As this is an unorganized sector we will not
face cut-throat competition.
Our focus would be on services and
satisfaction of the consumers.
As we are at the initial stage we will hire
flats on a contract basis and later we can
purchase it.
