Statement regarding Ash Hollow LLC. has never been accused of any wrongdoing or misconduct in the handling of such property, funds, or information. ‘The timing and source of these recent accusations are certainly suspect. These accusations are all being made by strong Bill White supporters after the primary election and heading into a general election. All of the alleged acts of misconduct took place years ago and in the open with absolutely no attempt to hide them, however to date; Ash Hollow has never approached John Turner and asked him to explain anything nor asked him to repay anything stemming from these or any other transactions while he was the managing partner. Ash Hollow LLC openly admits that the company still owes John Turner a large sum of money. itis unfortunate that a recent law suit settlement against Ash Hollow LLC by a former partner and board of director member is protected by a non-disclosure agreement which Ash Hollow LLC insisted upon. ‘The facts and settlement of this case would certainly shed light on the character and integrity of some of the Bill White supporters now accusing John Turner of wrongdoing. This former Ash Hollow partner and board of directors member has stated that he would like to explain this matter, however he is now legally bound from doing so. When disputes arise, “notice” and an “opportunity to be heard” are well established concepts in fairness ‘and in our laws. Over many years, neither John, Ash Hollow’s accounting firm Zalaznik, Moore, & ‘Associates PLLC, or Ash Hollow’s attorney Kris Hedine have received any notice or complaint about any alleged wrongdoing. Instead, Bill White supporters have chosen to photo copy private Ash Hollow LLC documents (in potential breach of their fiduciary duty to the company and its owner membership) and secretly spread ‘them around our community with an out of context and incomplete story of what actually occurred in {an attempt to get their candidate elected to the Office of Walla Walla County Sheriff.
