In memory of Varun Bhatia

You were a stranger when you first met

Your positive vibes made you an acquaintance
Your presence made you a friend
Your love made you family

Family and friends

With whom you bonded
With whom you laughed
With whom you drank
With whom you smoked
With whom you travelled
With whom you danced
With whom you singed
With whom you studied
With whom you worked
With whom you played
With whom you laughed
With whom you cried
With whom you lived
But with whom you didn’t breathe your last breath

You took a path

Where we cannot reach
Where there is no way back
“Where” the place none of knows more
The place which is a different than this world
Which has people like you and not like us
Who will miss you
Who will pray for you
Who will cry for you
Who will love you
Who will have your memories
Now and Ever

This poem/note is in memory of one of those people who held a very special place in my heart and
many more hearts. I had known Varun Bhatia for last 10 years. He was a wonderful human being and
younger brother to me. At a young age of 25 on 16th July 2010 he kissed the bed of death and left
us.

God bless the soul.
