    Dear All,

    Well, the time has come to say see you to everyone that has made me smile here almost over the
    last 2 years. Hereby I wish to take a moment to let you know that I am leaving my position at PT
    XXX.

    A company is more than just a workplace, it is the people that give it soul.
    I would just like to say that there have been many great people here, both past and present, that
    have made the job truly enjoyable and valuable. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to
    thank you for all the guidances, supports, insights, and helps you have provided me during my time
    here.

    I do apologize to everyone who ever feel offended that I might have bothered you with invoice
    numbers, outstanding payments, revising POs, refund cases, as well as the customer disputes 

    It has been a joy working with each and everyone of you. I hope PT XXX continues to go from
    strength to strength and you have all the success in the future.
