According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the

following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable David
Ash on October 12, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. STEVEN FINCH

Steven Finch, 20, of New Florence, entered a plea of guilty to the Class C Felony of stealing.
The defendant received a sentence of three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
This sentence arose out of the events of April 20, 2010, in the County of Lincoln, State of
Missouri, the defendant appropriated a computer of a value of at least five hundred dollars,
which property was in the possession of Wal-Mart, and the defendant appropriated such property
without the consent of Wal-Mart and with the purpose to deprive him thereof.
