According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the

following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable David
Ash on October 12, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. ROBERT BOYER

Robert Boyer, 39, of Moscow Mills, entered a plea of guilty to the Class B Felony of
distribution of a controlled substance. The defendant received a sentence of five years in the
Missouri Department of Corrections. This sentence arose out of the events of November 19,
2009, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly distributed heroin, a
controlled substance, to a C.I., knowing that it was a controlled substance.
