    Every person in this world has a goal and everyone has his own way to achieve it in a successful
    way .My goal to complete my education and get Doctoral for management because I would like
    to help to develop my country and this goal need work hard .Also ,It is need a good plan . so,
    my plan to get my PHD for 5 years, and every year I have to do a lot of work and I will try
