What a better way to start the day then fighting over alimony. Old alimony at that. This
case was about co-habitation.

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Your Honor this is a simple matter of a violation of alimony

agreement. Your Honor my client's ex-wife has been living with another man for over a
year. While still collecting alimony I would like to call her to the stand.

-- Ex Wife approaches witness stand --

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Mam is it true you have been living with a man for over a
year.

EX WIFE: No

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Do you know a Mr. J?

EX WIFE: Yes

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: How So?

EX WIFE: We used to work together at the Depot

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: But he never lived with you, or visited your residence?

EX WIFE: No

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Your Honor I would like to present six DVD's monitoring the
residence of my client and his ex wife.

COURT: Proceed

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Mam, is this your residence?

EX WIFE: Yes

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Is this Mr. J?

EX WIFE: -- silent --

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Where are you during this footage?

EX WIFE: In my living room

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Ok great...Your Honor if it pleases the Court we would like

to fast forward to the bedroom footage
COURT: Is it appropriate

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: It is the basis and foundation of the claim we are here to
make today

COURT: Proceed

EX WIFE: -- crying -- Please, ok, ok, he lived with me but we were just friends. Nothing
more than roommates!!

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Ok I am glad we were able to get to some truth. So how did
he pay rent?

EX WIFE: He did alot of maintenance work around the house and cooked meals for me
and my son

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Oh is that what they are calling it...ok, but you were never
romantically involved?

EX WIFE: No

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: Ok as I was saying Your Honor let's fast forward to the
bedroom.

EX WIFE: Ok we were intimate, what else do you want from me?

HUSBANDS ATTORNEY: oh nothing more than attorney's fees and back alimony
refunded to my client.

When I left court today I have to say this attorney put a whole new spin on the show
Cheaters!!
