Ok this hearing was straight out of the movies. I cannot even set this one up. I just have
to let the words tell the story.

WIFE’S ATTORNEY: We would like to call my clients ex husband to the stand

WIFE’S ATTORNEY: Sir is it true that you had your eleven year old son in the liquor
store a few months ago. Matter of fact wasn’t it during the Christmas season.

HUSBAND: Yes mam, I was there

WIFE’S ATTORNEY: Could you tell the Court what you were doing?

HUSBAND: Look mam I have been going to that liquor store for twenty years. I went in
to get two beers, and my son says “Daddy that is mommy’s boyfriend” The little clerk has
been screwing my ex wife and he is only twenty years old. So naturally I flipped out.

WIFE’S ATTORNEY: So let me get this straight you flipped out because of the clerk, but
not because your underage son was in the liquor store. Didn’t you also attempt suicide?

HUSBAND: Well how would you feel if your partner gave you Herpes!! I loved that
woman.

WIFE’S ATTORNEY: Well sir I do not know if that calls for such extreme measures

HUSBAND: Extreme Measures…Extreme is dating someone who is young enough to be

your son and then getting a disease and bringing it to your marital bed. I mean this man
has posted pictures of my wife on his Facebook page, that is extreme.
