3.1 The Mayor and City Council shall review items on the Regular City Council meeting agenda for October
19, 2010.

3.2 The Mayor and City Council shall hear reports on meeting and/or conferences attended by Council.

3.3 The Mayor and City Council shall hear a presentation from Executive Director Joseph Singleton from
the Pinal County Water Augmentation Authority (PCWAA).

3.4 The Mayor and Council shall hear a presentation from Rotary Club representatives regarding the 2010
Summer Swim Program.

3.5 The Mayor and City Council shall hear a presentation from Planning Manager Kazi Haque regarding a
possible text amendment to the City of Maricopa Zoning Ordinance related to Proposition 203, to
research and review a new code for possible adoption, addressing Proposition 203 and any unintended
consequences therein if approved by the voters on November 2010.

3.6 The Mayor and City Council shall discuss the roles, duties, or expectations of the Council Sub-
Committees.

The Mayor and City Council may discuss the following items that may be on a future Council
agenda

There are no future council agenda items for discussion scheduled.

4.0 Executive Session

4.1 The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session for purpose of obtaining legal advice from the
City’s attorney and to consider its position and instruct representatives regarding negotiations for the
purchase, sale or lease of real property pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3) and (A)(7).

5.0 Adjournment
