Sub: Regarding permission for bringing concrete from outside Batching Plant using
Binani/Ultratech Cement for Construction of Diaphragm wall & with Reinforced Anchor
Slab and Special Fill for Guide Bund in river Sabarmati and extension of Storm Water Out
Falls in two different Stretches of length 2158 meter (Stretch-3) & 1970 meter (stretch-4).

Dear Sir,

In connection to the subject mentioned above and letter referred herein above you are requested to
commence your New Batching Plant located at Dudheshwar Smashan Gruh latest by Monday i.e.
13-03-06, till then you can use the concrete mix from L&T or Shree Construction Co. using Mix
Design carried out with specific admixtures.

We would like to bring to your notice that at least 35 % of the payment for the concrete panels,
which are going to be cast from outside concrete as mentioned above, will be withheld till the
achievement of satisfactory test results for 28 days compressive strength as specified in the
contract agreement.
