    This is a comprehensive list of all licensed ISPs in Uganda. Some do not have
    International Data Gateways but instead use Satellite Capacity acquired from the
    licensed international data gateway providers. This is mainly because of the
    suspension of the issuance of the international data gateway provider licenses
    until the period of exclusivity granted to the two National Telecom Operators
    (MTN & UTL) expires
