Application forms for registration can be obtained from the Office of the
Examination Centres concerned against payment of Rs.15/- per form.

Duly filled and photo (attested) affixed application form along with DCB
statement in duplicate (one copy send to F.O.) proof for payment of examination
registration fee etc. through the Centres should reach the undersigned on or before
04.03.2010.

Belated applications will be summarily rejected without furnishing reason.

 Late applications recommended and forwarded by concerned Principal will
be accepted upto the last 20 days before the commencement of the examination
only in the exceptional circumstances with the super fine of Rs.200/- as per the Order
No. AC.A1/2035/99 dated 4th July 2003. In such cases, candidate has to remit the fee and
the fine as per rules along with the super fine for the consideration of the application by
the University.

All candidate registering for Final Semester Examination should invariably remit
the cost of application form and fee for Provisional Certificate and application for Degree
Certificate with required fees along with fees for examination registration and Mark list,
even if they have arrear papers to be cleared. Direct payment for Provisional Certificate
will not be entertained hereafter. This is applicable to all final semester examinations
commencing from January 2009.
