According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
Burkemper on September 09, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. RICHARD WILLIAMS, JR.

Richard Williams, Jr., 31, of Old Monroe, entered a plea of guilty to the Class D Felony of
attempted possession of a controlled substance. The defendant received a suspended imposition
of sentence of five years with the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. This sentence arose
out of the events of December 08, 2009, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the
defendant attempted to possess heroin, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and
nature.
