1 x Jack plate w/ 2 speak-on, 2 1/4 in. 1 x Mini Pump set for Group A, B, C
1 x Strap 1 x West Systems 407
2 x Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) 4'x8' 1 x West System 205 Hardener .44 pint
11 x 8.9 oz. Fiberglass 7781 2 x West System 105 Resin Quart
2 x Fiberglass cloth tape 1" width 8 x Plastic Corners
2 x Fiberglass cloth tape 3" width 1 x New Duratex Textured roller
1 x West Systems 403 16-Gauge Wire
24 x 10-32 Machine Screws
18 x 10-32 nuts
8 x 10-32 Threaded inserts
Glue that will adhese to fiberglass/foam

Instructions:

1. Cut out pieces


Top/Bottom 2 x 440x450 mm
Sides 2 x 495x450 mm
Front/Back 2 x 495x389 mm
2. Cut out of front: Driver space, port space, tweeter space.(vertical alignment)
Cut out of back: jack plate (Cut out all things bigger than needed because
fiberglass will add some width)
3. Fiberglass both sides of back and front. 3 layers while still wet (only ended up doing 2)
4. Fiberglass inside pieces of other four sides.
5. Put together the cab with west systems stuff, the front one inch back, maybe inch and a
half (2.54 cm check width of driver.) To glue cab together use mixture of 105,
205, and 403.
6. Fiberglass the outside of 4 walls in one continuous piece
7. Drill holes for threaded inserts and put them in. Needed for driver, tweeters, port, jack
plate, strap.
8. Sand down and paint outside with duratex
9. Put in foam and wire things up through box
10. Put things in place (speaker, tweeter, port, jack plate, strap)
11. Test to make sure, especially port length, tweeters to see if wind noise is heard (then
must do glue trick) (Can test by using a sweepable midrange and finding the hz
where the cone moves the least)
