Install a printer on the print server. Register the printer by name and type on the system administrator page and submit print requests that will be sent to the configured printer.

On application server ( Linux ) perform following configuration
Applications System Settings Printing
Click on New Press Forward
Give any meaningful name according to printer and press forward
Select Queue type as Networked Windows (SMB) and press Specify
fill in the information according to your printer server and Press OK
Press Forward Choose proper manufacturer and model from list and Press Forward.
Confirm the information provided press Finish.
Check printer by printing test page.
System Administrator Install Printer Register
Type name of printer as configured on Application Server and select proper type. Actions Print Notice: select printer from list as configured on server Press OK this shows request is submitted you can find request as shown.
As request is completed the document will be sent to configured printer.
