Daily Shift / Manager’s Report (DSMR)

Date: December 15, 2007 SHIFT # 2 By: GA, TW

Absentees :
VPDC MMHE (out of service & reason):
1) Bcs 855 RTU, LDU door open lamps on. Blew F3 caused E-stop lamps lit. Replaced
fuse. Found operator panel horn shorting to motor. Taped motor. Ok.

2) Bcs 860 Stacker jams 157,158,159. Replaced missing belts.

3) Mlo 80 stacker motors not running. Bad breaker or connection at Q1 in channel


sorter. But it returns…maybe 24V not problem. Ie E-stop bad connections…Up and
running again.
4) Ops running everything.
5) yellow railing at N8 4Th floor. Floor will not accept anchors. Will ask to weld to
column if okayed.
6) FSM 621 stn 3 canceller flushed.
7) MLO 80-83 fails to disconnect ISS, need reboot to fix issue.
8) fixing overlabelling conveyor local label printer. Screw fell out and with support pin
fall off. Checked all the other printers too located in custom by x-ray machine. Good job

9) MLOCR and LARC directory sent but need to install when machine is available.
