    Ref: - Enrollment Number 083080106/ MA (PM&IR)

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to above mentioned subject I wish to inform you that I am a Student of MA
    (PM&IR) Course offered by DDE, Alagappa University Vide Enrollment Number 083080106.

    I have passed my Final Examination which was held on May 2010. I would further like to inform
    you that I have changed my correspondence address and the change of address was approved by
    the Director, DDE, Alagappa University Vide letter dated 06/09/2010.

    I would like to state that i have not received my provisional pass certificate and Mark sheet as
    yet.

    Upon enquiry about the same to the university official, I came to know that the above mentioned
    certificates were dispatched to me on 24th of Aug 2010 to Old Address. But since I am not
    staying in that address it must have returned to the University.

    Hence I am requesting you to look into the matter seriously and please resend the certificates to
    my new address.

    I shall be grateful to you for your act of favour and kindness.
