2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup of sea salt
½ cup of powdered herbs (parsley, dandelion)
1 cup of clay
2 cups of water

Aloe vera gel

Lemon/patchouli/juniper berry essential oil



Heat the water, add to it the salt and mix well until it dissolves completely. Then, remove the water
from the heat and add to it the herbs, olive oil and clay. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly into a fine
paste. Allow this mixture to cool before you can use it.

1. Bring six cups of spring or distilled water to a boil in a large stock pot.
2. Grind ½ cup of each of the chosen dried herbs (1 cup total) in a blender or food
processor.
3. Add the ground herbs to the boiling water, and remove from heat.
4. Add two cups of clay, one cup of the sea salt, one cup of kelp or seaweed powder, 1 ½
cups total moisturizing agents, two teaspoons total essential oils, and two tablespoons
natural additives.
5. Stir well to combine, and then allow the weight loss body wrap mixture to cool for 10-15
minutes.
