It is our pleasure to announce that the Optical Society of America (OSA), the
Photonics Society of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and
Chinese Optical Society (COS) will co-sponsor a topical meeting on Advances in
Optoelectronics and Micro/nano Optics (AOM2010) on 3-6 December, 2010. The
meeting will be held in Guangzhou, organized by the South China Normal University.
It covers all aspects of recent advances in areas of Optoelectronic materials and
devices, Micro/nano optics, Nano-photovoltaics, and Nano-metrology &
instrumentation.

Your paper titled with “Dislocation and Temperature Effects on Zero-Bias
