Operational Expenses:
Accommodation for 20 students
1) Food Expenses:
28th Dinner - 20 people x 35 Rs = Rs. 700
29th (4 meals) - 20 people x (20+35+20+35) = Rs. 2200
Total – 2200
2) Stationary :
A4 (bundle) – Rs.200
Pens (50) x 2 - Rs.100
Notepads & Extra Items – Rs. 450
Total – Rs.750
3) Travel Expenses:
For Non-NCR Students(15),from train station/airport to
college – 15x100 = Rs. 1500
Second Class Sleeper Train Tickets will be reimbursed for
the participants – 15x500 = Rs. 7500
4) Additional Items: For last two rounds
(i) Participants (4) – 4 chairs, 4 tables(small) or 2 large,
table cloths according to size , name plates(4), collar
mikes – 4, water bottles(medium size) - 4
(ii) Judges (2) – 2 chairs, 1 large table, table cloth and 1
mike, 2 bouquets, water bottles – 2 ,2 glasses, 2
coasters
(iii) For Compering – 2 mikes
1) Prize Details:
(i) Certificates – for participation to all 20 students
– For winner 1 certificate
(i) Prize money – for 1st position – Rs. 20000
