mechanical completion, we would like to inform you that , the hydrogen system 524-PRS-27 ( Sr. no 11)
is not mechanically still completed and installation of all lines (Loop no. P-168) is balance at PF area.

Sub: Delay in shuttering work of SS-26 Slab due to lack of Manpower.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring in your kind notice that slab shuttering work are going very poorly due to lack of insufficient
manpower like Carpenters, Helpers etc.

Already you have failed the slab casting dates in different times. Looking the present situation of work of
substation building slab, the present manpower strength is 18 nos.Carpenters and 18 nos. Helpers for doing the
1000 sqm shuttering works. This is not possible to achieve the target date of slab by 30 th Spt.2009 without
increasing the manpower strength.

Additional Manpower strength required for slab to achieve the target is 42 nos.Carpenters, 42
nos.Helpers, 03 nos.Welder, 02 nos.Fitters, 05 nos.Helpers etc.

Note- Side shuttering making of Floor Beam & Secondary Beam balance @70%

All critical situations are with you and without failure you have to increase manpower earliest.

So it is requested to you that please increase the manpower early because you are only 08 days faraway from
slab casting date 30th September, 2009 including Sunday and Festival
holiday.
