PRE-REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

CORE AND ELECTIVE COURSES FOR ODD SEMESTER 2010-11

and deciding on the final list of elective courses

7. Meeting of HODs, Dean (A&R) and the V.C, to 8 May 2010 VC/Dean /HODs
finalize electives list
8. Once the list is approved, the same to be 8 May 2010 Dean
forwarded to the Registrar for finalization of pre
registrations process
9. Uploading of final course registration list on 10 -11 May 2010 Registrar
webkiosk of students by deleting the dropped
courses and allocating the next on priority

Note: 1. The Core Courses along with the Elective Courses will have to be registered
by the students, as per guidelines documents.
2. No changes to pre-registered courses shall be allowed to students, unless
necessitated due to results of semester / supplementary exam/any change in
courses approved by the VC. The student shall be automatically allocated the
next course in order of priority exercised by them in case the elective chosen
by them is dropped for the reason of under subscription.
3. No late pre-registration is allowed. All students must stick to the time schedule.
4. In case student fails to pre-register, he / she may be:-
(a) Pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- for delay upto maximum of 7 days.
(b) Face the disciplinary process in addition to fine in case delay beyond 7
days.
(c) Debarred from next semester.
