The library hosted another Tattoo
Tuesday. This one coincided with Teen

Integrating Google Earth
Google Earth is an amazing resource that
can be tied in with math, English, foreign
language – actually, any of our subject
areas! Interesting in seeing what Google
Earth can do to you. Stop by the media
center or send us an email, and we can
help you integrate Google Earth.

Feature tattoos on students. Our next
Tattoo Tuesday will occur February 15th,
and the tattoo will have a heart with an
arrow through it and the word Books in
the heart.
Adopt a Topic
For Teen Read Week, students adopted a
topic that matched the theme “Books
with a Beat”. Thank you to Lakeisha
Butler, Anna Jones, Laquanda Bobo,
Maggie Hood, and Briosha Dawkins for
adopting a topic. The staff pulled their
books (crime, music, poetry, medical, and
sports) and had them on display on top of
the
fiction
shelving
in the
media
center.
