    REQUEST FOR LEAVE GRANTED

    Satish, You will be happy to know that your request for three week’s leave has been approved.

    The management believes that in light of your consistent performance in the past years the leave
    can be sanctioned to you

    However it is imperative for you to provide me with a detailed report on your current projects so
    the work can be temporarily passed on to your colleagues. This will be followed by atleast two
    meetings with your entire team, including myself, before you leave for your vacation.

    I hope you will have a good vacation ahead and you will resume your work at the earliest.
